AXI Alex Playhouse Alex Create your very own secret story book house at the bottom of your garden, with this wooden playhouse. Every detail of this house has been designed especially for the new little tenant. The house is empty inside to allow you to fill it with kitchens, dolls furniture or anything else gathered or borrowed! The magnetic catches on windows and doors, keep them closed and allow easy opening, the plastic in the windows keeps the weather out but is also safe and it comes complete as pre drilled panels which just need securing together, reducing build time so your child can be playing as quickly as possible. The house is made from 100% FSC sustainable Asia Cedar wood and finished with a protective water based stain (which should be repeated every couple of years to extend the life of your house). The frame is 3.5cm thick and the wall panels 1.5cm thick and the house comes with a 5 year wood guarantee making it a sturdy, robust house to give plenty of years of great playing time. It is recommended there is a 2m clear grass area around all sides of the house. The Alex is a straight sided house with a covered porch and porthole window in the eves. The door has a letter box and the house has open windows on all sides (back shutters are boarded, not clear plastic) House takes 75 minutes to build.
